Line of Events
A family becomes convinced that they are not alone after moving into their new suburban home. While it was well-received at the Sundance Film Festival, some viewers left because of its intensity. One person said, “I can’t handle this stress this late at night.” Quoted in Amanda the Jedi Show: NIGHT SWIM is Garbage | Explained (2024). This is a fantastic film. The actors are excellent, and the film really draws you into their world and keeps you engrossed in what is happening. I found myself quite engrossed in the drama and suspense. The ending was disturbing and stayed with me for days, which is quite rare for a film. I think this will be a very popular film once it comes out. If it isn’t for some reason, it will be popular for years to come and people will wonder why it wasn’t better known when it was released. I would like to see him again, but only in the presence of a friend, to see if he will be as tormented as I am afterwards.
